A proud graduate of Meredith College, Crystal is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence. Born in Georgia to Mexican parents, she brings a rich cultural perspective to her work and is passionate about building trust through integrity, loyalty, and compassionate service—values that align deeply with CIMA’s mission.
Outside of work, Crystal enjoys road trips to the beach and mountains, reading personal development books, dancing, and spending quality time with her loved ones and fur babies. Inspired by both the work she does at CIMA and her entrepreneurial spirit, she recently co‑founded a cleaning company with her mother—an idea rooted in a lifetime of “Sábados de Limpieza,” a tradition familiar to many Hispanic and Latino households.
